Durum Wheat Pasta in Cooking Bags

Cooking method:
Dip a cooking bag in a saucepan of boiling salted water. Cook over moderate heat for 6-8 minutes. Use a fork to pick a bag up and take it out. Let the water drain. Open the bag by pulling along the tear-off line. Put the pasta on a plate.
